This two-bedroom, two-bath downstairs unit has it all, including a full kitchen with 2 granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining in is easy with our fabulous state of the art kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities – from sauté pans to dessert plates and everything in between. Living room has comfy seating arrangements with Smart TV for binge watching netflix at the end of the day. Front porch that overlooks Oglethorpe St is the perfect place for stargazing while sitting on a chair and sipping a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. From families to friends, everyone will be comfortable with high quality beds. Master bedroom has a soaking tub for night and a walk-in glass door shower to start your day fresh. If you want to experience downtown Macon peacefully, this is the place to stay! Guest can enter from back patio door with keyless entry lock. Code will be give on day of check in by host. One Car can be park back side of the house in carport and plenty of free street parking available. Front balcony has few chairs and table for guests to enjoy and relax outdoor. Carport and Back porch is the shared area with upstairs unit if it’s occupied at the time of your stay. There will be no shared living space or common entrance between 2 units. No smoking absolutely and No parties. Remove all perishable items, all food from the refrigerator, kitchen countertops, or dining table. If any dishes are used, please load them in the dishwasher and start the cycle or wash them before leaving. Housekeeping crew are not obliged to clean the food mess. Pile the used bedding and towels if possible. Try to leave the place as you found it, neat and organize. There is the penalty of $250 if smoking is done in the house. Please be respectful as far as noise level for other unit and neighbors.
